The number of days stated for each system refers to the total number of daily servings included. A 21-day system is enough for one person for 21 days, but if shared by three people, it will last 7 days:

21 daily servings ÷ 3 people = 7 days of shared use

When choosing the right system, consider not only the number of days but also how many people will use it regularly.
